2: Applicable law - Disputes

Orders are subject to French law. Contractual information is presented in French and the products presented for sale comply with French regulations. 4: Duration of validity of sales offers

8: Delivery

Products purchased from SPAMPILLA BHC are deliverable in mainland France, the French overseas departments and territories by tracked delivery via La Poste and in all member countries of the European Community and the rest of the world by registered tracked delivery.
